各位同学：

按照省教育厅和相关部门的要求，由于目前疫情情况不明，为确保同学们人身安全，即日起一、二公寓封闭，请同学们理解和配合。

Dear international students:

   According to the requirements of Education Department of Heilongjiang Province and relevant departments, as the current epidemic situation is unknown, in order to ensure the safety of international students, Apartment 1 & 2 execute enclosed management from today onwards. We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

一、公寓内学生不得出入，特殊情况与班主任联系。

二、封闭期间所需生活物品，如蔬菜、水果、鸡蛋、肉、奶等商品由学校指定超市统一购买并送货，费用由同学自理。超市会按照正常价格出售，送货免费。

三、超市没有的商品，请大家在网上自行购买。

四、如有特殊需要购买的东西，可以联系班主任老师，由学院代为购买。

1. Students in the dorm are not allowed to enter nor exit, you may contact the class teacher in special circumstances.

2. During this period, the students' daily necessities, such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat, milk, and other commodities are uniformly purchased from the supermarket which is assigned by the university, and the costs are borne by students. The price will not be higher than the normal price, delivery for free.
