1.中国教育部通知：原则上疫情得到有效控制前，大学生不返校、高校不开学。

2.哈尔滨师范大学通知：学校决定2020年春季学期延期开学，具体时间另行通知。从3月2日（国际教育学院学生3月4日开始）—29日暂定采取线上授课。根据疫情发展会适时做出动态调整要求。

*Start of term notice*

1. China's Ministry of Education notice:  Before the virus is in control, students are prohibited to return to school, universities are prohibited to begin education.

2. Harbin Normal University notice: The school has decided the beginning of the  spring term of 2020 will be extended, to which exact date please await further notice. From 2nd March ( International college 4th March) to 29th, students will temporarily receive online education. Situations may change according to the development of the virus.
