为了尽力保证您在暑假回国前及时获得保险理赔金，现提醒您在回国前30天，将要申请报销的理赔尽快准备齐全提交保险公司。
To international students:
In order to try toguarantee that you can receive the reimbursement before summer holiday. We suggest that at least 30 days inadvance submit all your documents for reimbursement to insurance company.
1.提交的理赔材料请对照下表准备：

注意：
除如上资料外，请您核对发票姓名是否与护照一致，如果不一样请找你的老师帮你写证明；如果是中文名同样也要证明；
如果发票姓名保证是你的英文名的一个字段，并且没有错误就不需要去找老师，直接提交快递就行。
Attention:
Besides the materials as above we told,please check the name of receipt in keeping with passport. If not please findyour teacher to write this certificate. If you use Chinese name you also needthis certificate.
When you make sure thatinvoice name is your complete and correct name filed, then you can send yourmaterials to our company.
